We understand the importance of quality craftsmanship in every construction project, which is why we go above and beyond to ensure that only the best craftsmen join our team. Unlike other agencies, every individual we provide is a full-time employee, not a temporary worker or a random hire. Our rigorous recruitment process is designed to meticulously screen out underqualified candidates, ensuring that only skilled, professional craftsmen are hired. Each potential candidate must possess a minimum of six years of experience in their respective trade, backed by verifiable references. Additionally, they undergo a comprehensive Skill Assessment Test to assess their proficiency and strengths within their trade. Furthermore, our craftsmen are required to own their own tools, including power tools, which we verify before employment. Moreover, every employee, from lead carpenters to laborers, must hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle. OUR PROMISE
Unlimited Services Available guarantees that the services personnel dispatched to the Customer have the skills and knowledge the Customer requested. If the Customer believes the skill level of the service personnel does not meet or exceed the skill level expected by the Customer for the classification chosen by the Customer, the Customer has the right to send the service personnel back to Unlimited Services Available within the first four (4) hours of the first day, at no charge to the Customer.

As a condition of employment, all supervisors, employees, and staff are required to adhere to company safety rules, utilize safety equipment correctly, actively participate in safety meetings, and promptly report any potentially unsafe situations to management.
